Organizations that need recurring or project-based legal judgment connected to operations.
Legal judgment for operations
General Counsel & Business
All Rise! provides outside general counsel and business-law support for organizations that need responsive legal judgment without building a full internal legal department.
Talk with All Rise!Is this the right starting point?
A clear first look at fit.
Contracts, governance, compliance, disputes, or leadership decisions need a clear and responsive legal framework.
We start with decision authority, urgent risks, recurring needs, current documents, communication rhythm, and desired scope.
What this work involves
Counsel that connects law to the next decision.
Good general counsel work is preventive, practical, and connected to the client’s operations. We help leadership understand legal risk, document decisions, negotiate important relationships, and resolve problems before they become avoidable disputes.
Flexible scope
Recurring counsel should be defined, not vague.
General-counsel support may be arranged by project, hourly, monthly, or annually. Any recurring arrangement identifies the included work, communication expectations, available hours or capacity, work outside the recurring scope, fees, and termination terms in writing.

Questions clients ask
What to know first
Is outside general counsel a subscription service?
It can be structured in different ways, including project, hourly, flat-fee, or recurring arrangements. Scope and fees are defined in a written engagement agreement.
Do you replace a company’s accountant or financial adviser?
No. Legal counsel may coordinate with those professionals, but accounting, tax, bookkeeping, investment, and valuation work is outside the scope unless expressly stated and appropriately provided.
Can you help before a dispute becomes a lawsuit?
Yes. Early contract review, document preservation, internal fact development, negotiation, and a clear response strategy can materially improve the available choices.
