Is this the right starting point?

A clear first look at fit.

Who this is for

Individuals, families, businesses, and organizations facing a serious civil dispute.

The immediate problem

A claim, demand, loss, contract conflict, or filing deadline needs a practical response.

The first conversation

We start with the objective, known deadlines, key documents, opposing parties, and the result that would matter most.

What this work involves

Counsel that connects law to the next decision.

Civil cases can affect finances, operations, reputation, family security, and future opportunity. We identify the decisions that matter early, communicate plainly, and prepare every matter with negotiation, mediation, and trial in view.

Evidence first

Solar and aviation disputes depend on records that can disappear.

For solar matters, preserve the complete sales presentation, electronic-signature trail, financing documents, utility records, tax or rebate representations, installation photographs, roof records, and every warranty communication. For aviation matters, preserve logbooks, work orders, invoices, photographs, parts information, inspection findings, flight records, and communications with mechanics, operators, owners, insurers, and regulators.

Our approach

A disciplined path from facts to action.

  1. 01

Define the client’s objective, deadlines, key documents, and immediate risks.

  2. 02

Build a focused factual and legal record instead of generating unnecessary expense.

  3. 03

Evaluate settlement and mediation against the cost, timing, and uncertainty of continued litigation.

  4. 04

Prepare the matter so the client can negotiate from strength and proceed to trial when necessary.

Questions clients ask

What to know first

What should I bring to an initial conversation?

Bring the agreement, claim, order, correspondence, timeline, and any deadline you know about. A short factual chronology is often more useful than a large unsorted file.

Does contacting All Rise! stop a deadline?

No. Contacting the firm does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not pause a statute of limitation, response deadline, or filing requirement.

Will every civil matter go to trial?

No. The best path depends on the evidence, governing law, client objectives, and available resolution options. We prepare carefully so each decision is informed.

Does All Rise! offer contingency fees?

Some civil matters may be eligible for a contingent-fee arrangement when permitted and appropriate. Fee structure, expenses, scope, and termination terms are addressed in a written engagement agreement after conflicts and fit review.
