Ryan worked as a lobbyist and senior consultant before starting his legal practice with All Rise. In his previous roles, Ryan worked to gain more funding for higher education and needs based scholarships, acquired more funds for Tribal Governments through federal grants and state partnerships, and worked on numerous policy revisions in legislative session. Ryan also had the honor of being the lead aide for the Senate Majority leadership and President Pro-Tempore of the 91st Legislative session in South Dakota. While in this role several of Ryan’s role models were attorneys who also worked as lobbyists and Ryan soon answered the calling to join the legal profession upon their encouragement and his desire to better impact necessary change.

Ryan attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law to be closer to his family from the Lawton and Cache area. He graduated with his Juris Doctorate and American Indian Law certificate in 2022. While in law school Ryan competed for the OU NALSA Moot Court team and later became their head coach. He also received the American Jurisprudence award for Wind Law and worked for the EPPT section of the OK Bar Association where he coauthored the Oklahoma Probate Guidebook and legislation for better laws that would protect elders from financial abuse.

Now as a member of the All-Rise legal team, Ryan is excited to bring his years of experience to help our clients solve the complex issues they face. Let us know how Ryan and our team can help you.
