Ashley has worked across estate planning, probate, business law, landlord-tenant matters, contracts, prosecution, defense, and client advocacy. She earned her J.D. in 2017 and a certificate in American Indian Law. Her experience includes preparing wills for Tribal citizens, guardian-ad-litem service, healing-to-wellness court work, veterans-benefits matters, personal-injury work, and advocacy involving domestic violence. She works to explain legal choices in direct language so clients can understand the available path, the immediate risks, and the documents or decisions needed next.
Ashley also serves as an Administrative Judge for the Oglala Lakota Housing Authority. That public-service role adds institutional perspective to her work involving Tribal governments, housing, procedure, and fair decision-making.
